Products and Orders

All products are machined metal goods sold as described on their product pages. Colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from photographs due to the nature of machining and anodizing processes. These are not defects.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund for any reason, including pricing errors or inventory issues.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you are not happy with the product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@commontol.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition.

All products carry a one year warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, photographs, text, and the Common Tolerance name and marks — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Common Tolerance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Products are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated on this page. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear.
