Espresso Station/01
Espresso Tamping Tray
A stable place for the work before the shot.
Espresso Station/01 brings the scale, tamper, and portafilter onto one defined work surface. Its formed aluminum base provides structure, oil-tanned leather takes the tamping load, and cork feet keep everything planted without marking the counter.
It organizes the process without adding much to it, which is generally the point.
Built for daily use
Espresso Station/01 is formed from 5052 aluminum sheet, an alloy selected for its strength, corrosion resistance, and ability to hold a clean bend. The base is dark gray anodized for a durable, low-maintenance finish.
The tamping surface is made from US-harvested oil-tanned leather, also tanned and cut in the United States. It has enough give to protect both the portafilter and the surface below, while remaining firm under pressure. Like any working leather, it will darken, mark, and develop a patina with use.
US-made cork feet provide grip, protect the countertop, and keep the aluminum slightly raised from the surface below.
Details

Material origins
The aluminum base is formed and anodized by our partner workshop in Shenzhen, China. The leather working surface and cork feet are produced in the United States. The product is assembled, checked, and shipped from our Atlanta studio.
Care
Brush away loose grounds after use. Clean the aluminum with a soft, damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water.
The leather can be wiped lightly with a dry or barely damp cloth. Its color and surface will change over time; this is normal and does not affect its function.
